As we welcome the vibrant month of August 2026, Eden Angels Pre-Primary & Primary School, Sanguem, is delighted to share another edition of our monthly newsletter. August is a month filled with pride, celebrations, creativity, and opportunities for our young learners to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
At Eden Angels School, we believe that every month brings new experiences that help shape confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals. This month's activities have been carefully planned to promote creativity, teamwork, cultural values, and patriotism while strengthening the bond between the school and parents.
Open House for New Admissions
The month begins with our Open House Programme, offering parents an opportunity to visit our beautiful campus, interact with our dedicated teachers, and learn about our student-centred approach to education.
Pre-Primary Open House
Date: 7th August 2026 (Friday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Primary Open House
Date: 8th August 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Parents are invited to explore our classrooms, teaching methodology, and the holistic learning environment that makes Eden Angels School one of the most promising educational institutions in Sanguem.
Creative Pre-Primary Activities
Our little learners will celebrate Independence Day through exciting hands-on activities that encourage imagination and patriotism.
Flag Making Competition
Date: 13th August 2026 (Thursday)
Children will create beautiful Indian National Flags using different craft materials while learning about the significance of our Tricolour.
Fancy Dress Competition
Date: 14th August 2026 (Friday)
Theme: Patriotic Outwear
Students will dress as freedom fighters, national leaders, soldiers, and other inspiring personalities who contributed to India's glorious history. This activity builds confidence, communication skills, and respect for our nation's heroes.
Independence Day Celebration
India's 79th Independence Day will be celebrated with great enthusiasm at Eden Angels School.
Date: 15th August 2026 (Saturday)
Flag Hoisting: 9:00 a.m.
The celebration will include patriotic songs, speeches, cultural performances, and activities that inspire our students to become responsible citizens who value freedom, unity, and diversity.
At Eden Angels School, we believe that patriotism begins with understanding our nation's history and respecting its values.
Primary Activity – Rakhi Making Competition
To celebrate the beautiful bond of love and protection during Raksha Bandhan, our primary students will participate in a creative Rakhi Making Competition.
Date: 21st August 2026 (Friday)
Students will design colourful handmade rakhis using eco-friendly materials while learning the importance of family values, love, and caring relationships.
Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
Strong partnerships between parents and teachers play an important role in every child's success.
